Dec. 28th: KATAR'S SITE IS NOW OPEN! I added all of the profiles and put up some very important links. I expect to open the site today. Please stand by for history and other junk I feel like adding. No, I'm not full of myself. I know the current layout is really bad. I made it on paint, so cut me some slack. Next layout will be much better. I promise.
